Cancellation Policy

At The Modern Medium, we value your time and energy, as well as our own. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking an appointment.

• If you choose to cancel your appointment, refunds will be issued minus a $10 service charge to cover administrative and processing fees. We apologize to have to charge, as we understand life happens, however transactions are costly to process.
   
• Appointments may be rescheduled or moved to a different time, in which case no service charges will apply.

• In the rare case that we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund with no service charge deducted.
   
• If your appointment can be rescheduled to a new time, no fees will apply.

• Service charges are applied only when a client cancels their appointment and requests a refund.
   
• Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
