About Amita

Amita believes that the breath is your first line of medicine. 

If you harness the power of your breath, you can change your life. 

From a Trauma aware and informed lens, Amita will lead you through a meditative breathwork session to guide you into deeper safety and deeper connection within self, activating your own inner healer.

As an RN of 16 years, Amita is making her transition into the 

world of Holistic Health and Wellness. 

She is a Mystic, Quantum Healer, and Trauma Informed Breathwork Practitioner that unites her connection with Spirit with her knowledge and experience of both Eastern and Western Medicines to help others bioharmonize their health.

Amita offers one-on-one Breathwork Sessions in-person 

at Champagne Glow Hair Co. in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada.
